Relief Pharmacists
• To avoid penalty, shift cancellation must be:
more than 14 days before the shift start date. If you cancel in 14 days or less before shift start, a
$200.00 penalty will apply. (Exceptions apply for immediate health/family emergencies prior to
the shift with a written note from the physician)
• By accepting this cancellation policy, you authorize BCRX to charge the credit card saved on your
profile, in the event of a cancellation that is less than 14 days or in the event of a No Show.
• penalty will apply along with a potential account suspension. ‘No Shows’ are considered a
cancellation and will be penalized.
• If you are late 60 minutes or more to your shift, the Pharmacy may cancel your shift without
penalty if they choose to do so and you will be penalized with a ‘No Show’.
Pharmacy Owners/Managers
• To avoid penalty, shift cancellation must be: more than 14 days before the shift start date
• If the pharmacy owner approved an applicant on a shift and wishes to cancel the shift, they will
get a full refund less the processing fee, provided the notice is more than equal to 14 days.
• If you cancel in 14 days or less before shift start (after approval of applicant), a penalty equal to
50% of the total value of the shift will apply plus $50.00.
• If you cancel in 7 days or less before shift start, a penalty equal to 100% of the total value of the
shift will apply plus $50.00.
• Any cancellation of shifts may result in account review and suspension at the discretion of BCRX
